Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Explore and develop potential customers and business opportunities in EMS/Electronics Manufacturing Services from sizeable/reputable local and global companies 2.Grow existing and penetrate new business by maintaining close communication and good relationship with customers 3.Promote company strengths and values added services to support customer’s needs and satisfaction 4.Follow up and resolve all commercial matters with customers (i.e. Business Agreement, Quotation, business forecast etc.) to facilitate business transaction 5.Perform and lead daily sales activities including but not limited to liaison with internal and external parties, customer visits, factory/quality audits and meeting schedules etc.; 6.Update and share prevailing market trends, technology development as well as data analysis to management for sales strategies deployment and investment decision. 7.Devise plan and action for expanding assigned customers growth.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, manufacturing , Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline 2.Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & marketing, business development, or project management functions in electronics field with proven track record in business growth and new customer acquisition 3.Solid experience in EMS electronics manufacturing industry 4.Strong communication & facilitation skills, sensitive to numbers, mature and responsible attitudes inside and outside with customers, independent, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure 5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint 6.Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) 、Japanese and English 7.Station in Suzhou and business travel are required
