1. Technical support, overall lead and organize audit, quotation support, and other work before signing the contract as required.
根据需要支持合同签订前的技术支持，整体统筹，组织审计，报价支持等工作；
Main work 2: Project Management
主要工作二：项目管理
1. Responsible for overseas project management and ensuring that the objectives are achieved according to project management standards.
负责海外项目管理，确保按照项目管理的标准达成目标；
2. Support the database management of the project, and complete the project documents and process assets such as the risk and decision log of the project.
支持项目的数据库管理，完成项目的风险、决策日志等项目文档及过程资产；
Main work 3: CDMO Project Platform Management
主要工作三：CDMO项目平台管理
1. Responsible for organizing project meetings, organizing project teams to report and review the strategies and implementation of each project, identifying risks and gaps, and promoting problem-solving;
负责组织项目会议，组织项目组汇报及审阅各个项目的策略、执行等情况，识别风险和差距，促进问题解决；
2. Responsible for establishing standardized tools and databases for project management, identifying common problems in the project implementation process, establishing and improving the project management platform system, and outputting process files, file templates, etc.
负责建立项目管理的标准化工具及数据库，识别出项目执行过程中的共性问题，建立并完善项目管理平台体系，输出流程文件、文件模板等；
Others: Other related tasks assigned by leaders
其他：领导交办的其他相关工作。
任职资格:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in medicine
学历：本科及以上，医药相关专业
PMP (nice to have)
资格证书：持有PMP证书优先
Professional knowledge: Understand the whole process of drug development: CMC, pre-clinical, familiar with project management PMP methods and concepts, related tools
专业知识：了解药物的开发全流程，包括CMC、临床前，熟悉项目管理PMP方法和理念、相关工具等
Work experience工作经验：
- Industry/professional work experience: Bachelor's degree of more than 8 years, master's degree of more than 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
行业/专业领域工作经验：本科8年以上，硕士5年以上制药行业经验
- Project experience: have more than 2 project management in drug development, and be familiar with project management methods and concepts
项目经验：有2个以上药物开发项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理的方法和理念
- Management experience: more than 2 years
管理经验：2年以上
Skill requirements技能要求：
