Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare domestic and international quotation sheet, sales contract, and tender documents. 2. Provide accurate and timely sales data and reports. 3. Make Visual Compliance, TPG for customers and distributors, assist sales team to fulfil due diligence. 4. Oracle data entry & maintenance for customers and sales orders. 5. Coordinate with production to get the orders delivery schedule and update to sales managers or customers. 6. Follow up the orders completion status, prepare the delivery notes and upload requested data or documents to customers’ system. 7. Work with sales department and provide the dynamic sales forecast. 8. Assist financial department to monitor invoices and follow account receivable status. 9. Responsible for other customer-related services, keep good relationship with customers. 10. Other specific jobs assign by the direct supervisor.
Educational & Language Required: 1. Bachelor’s degree with marketing, sales, or equivalent specialty. 2. Good English skills in oral, writing and reading. 3. Excellent Chinese writing skills.
Experience & Special Skills Required: 1. At least 3 years working experience in sales support. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Office software skills.
