Key Responsibilities:
● Successfully implement and manage general ledger accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely finance reporting.
● Responsible for the service delivery and processing of assigned delivery of services in the ATR function (cross sector) – mainly for tax accounting, US GAAP LE reporting, prepare federal, state, and local tax records, supports the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax related responsibilities where required
● Oversee and determine the accounts reconciliation process to maintain financial accuracy.
● Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide requested documentation and support during audits.
● Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
● Maintains detailed and robust knowledge of all aspects of ATR process matters
● Prepare and review financial statements to ensure they reflect the company’s financial position accurately.
● Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
● Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
● Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Education:
● Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
● Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards and regulations.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
● Proficiency in accounting software, e.g. SAP and/or ERP system working framework, Excel and J&J financial tools. .
● Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
