PRIMARY DUTIES 主要职责:
1. Provide technical support to company personnel and customers.
为客户和相关人员提供技术支持；
2. Determine product specifications by studying consumer requirements; conferring with R&D, management and other appropriate staff.
通过研究客户的需求，与研发和其他相关人员协商确定产品规格；
3. Provide procedures, specifications, and training to aid in the manufacture and testing of new products.
通过提供推荐工艺、参数和培训，以帮助客户导入新产品或优化现有工艺；
4. Evaluate competitive materials as a means of assessing comparative advantages and disadvantages of the current product line
分析评估竞争产品，作为评估当前产品的比较优势和劣势的一种方法；
5. Research new processes conditions by application test in beta site.
通过在不同客户现场的应用实验，来研究产品的新应用工艺条件；
6. Evaluate and specify new or alternate raw materials for new and existing products.
支持和评估现有产品和新产品的新原材料或替代原材料工作；
7. Support team to deal the customer complaints and internal non-conformances quality issues.
为产品内部不合格质量问题和客户投诉问题提供支持；
8. Evaluate “greener” or more environmental opportunities for existing products.
推动实施现有产品的“更绿色或更环保”的提案；
9. Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with government regulations. Incorporate necessary measures to meet regulatory requirements into technical service process.
遵守法律法规、维护公司的声誉，将“合规”要求纳入到技术服务的全部过程中。
MARGINAL DUTIES 相关职责:
1. Implement annual production safety responsibilities, fire safety responsibilities, and achieve the company and department's production safety goals. Achieve safety production standardization related requirements.
落实年度安全生产责任、消防安全责任、达成公司和部门的安全生产目标，达到安全生产标准化体系的要求；
2. Assist Marketing and Sales on new applications, development of product brochures and catalogs, sales presentations, exhibitions and seminars when required.
协助市场和销售部门开发产品的新应用、编制产品手册、产品推广演示、展会和研讨会（如有需要）；
3. Write or give technical papers for publication or presentation.
撰写和提供技术论文供演示；
4. Give team meaningful proposals for product optimization.
向团队提供有意义的产品优化建议；
5. Fulfill the responsibilities stipulated in the company's various management systems, including but not limited to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
履行公司各类管理体系规定的职责，包含但不限于IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001；
6. All other duties as assigned.
其它指定的职责。
任职要求：
1. At least 3-5 years experience in application of conformal coating and precision cleaning industry.
3-5年敷形涂层和精密清洗行业应用经验；
2. Majoring in Chemistry, Electronic or Materials engineering is preferred.
化学、电子或材料工程专业优先。
3. Familiarity with analytical methods and other instrumentation.
