Main responsibilities: 1. Complete and maintain the project quality strategy for new product development or changes to existing products. 2. Follow APQP milestone, do PPAP documents expertly for new product development including SPC, MSA, PSW, Control Plan, etc. 3. Work with core team to improve in house FPY, and communicate with oversea company together. 4. Conduct in solving quality issues experienced by customers (internal & external) 5. Supervise process control on-site, also including maintains the supplier corrective action system, follow up 8D and train suppliers on quality tools & methodology. 6. Supplier audit and supplier quality improvement. 7. Quality control of supplier part developing, verify parts in the "PPAP" process within the target dates. 8. Statistic KPI monthly, also maintain global strategy system. 9. Involve Global SOP to improve local manufactory quality. 10. Has multiple international company background, upgrading managing skill. Requirements: 1. Has multiple international managing background, support team performance improvement. 2. Bachelors’ Degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical fields. 3. Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrated experience to perform statistical analysis. 4. Proved experience in process controls, process validation (IQ, PQ, OQ, SQ), document control, and supplier quality. 5. Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 in plus. 6. Familiar with APQP 5 core tools, including PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC 7. At least 10 years or above experience in Quality Engineering or related discipline within the manufacturing industry. 8. Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork. 9. Strong written and verbal communication English.
