1.Bachelor or above in material ,engineering or other related majors材料、工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
2.More than 10 years experiences in quality management and at least 5 years in an equivalent managerial position. 10年以上质量管理工作经验，5年以上同等管理岗位工作经验。

Lead QA section internal team with coop up with external other sections to complete / accomplish below
带领QA部门与外部合作方共同完成以下工作：
1.Establishing and maintaining robust QA system continuously 建立并持续维护QA体系。
2.Create the suitable methods for the best quality by predictive and preventive systems 创建具有***的预见性和预防性质量体系的方案。
3.Analyze and improve the process quality utilizing QC story / tools. e.g. P-FMEA, DoE, 7 tools…etc使用QC story 和工具（包括P-FMEA,DoE,七大工具等）进行分析和改善质量流程。
4.Communicate with customers for quality assurance plans and defect analysis / corrective action plan与客户保持良好的沟通以确保质量保证计划和改善分析以及纠正措施。
5.Good English skill，Japanese skill is a plus.良好的英语技能,具有日语沟通能力更好。
(Quality System)
1.Building, improving and maintaining company Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the effective operation of quality systems.建立,改并维护公司质量管理体系，确保质量体系的有效运行。
2.Making quality objectives according to company strategy and business plan and organizing implementation. 根据公司的战略和运营计划，制定质量目标，组织实施。
3.Establishing QMS for the best quality by prediction and prevention of abnormalities. 建立最优的QMS以确保对于异常情况的预测和预防。
4.Maintaining quality system such as ISO9000 series, IATF16949 corporated with other divisions.与各个部门合作，维护质量体系如ISO9000系列体系，IATF16949体系。
5.Managing documents such as Regulations, Standard, Instruction manuals.管理公司文件包括规定，标准，指导手册等。
6.Sharing Quality management information compiling and Quality cost analysis among managements. 和公司管理层分享汇总信息和质量成本分析。
(Internal / Subcontracual Process Quality)
7.Grasping the internal / sub contractual quality conditions on time and take measures with related divisions timely.及时获取内部/外部的质量相关条件及信息，并与相关部门共同采取相应措施。
8.Responsible for the incoming material, making and implementation of regulations of semi-product and finished product, monitor and instruction of all the quality inspection. And be involved in the evaluation for the unqualified items found. Has right to stop the production for the defective production process. 负责进料，在制品，成品质量规程的制定和执行，监督指导各项质量检验工作。同时对检验发现的不合格品参与评审，对产生不良的过程有权停止生产。
(Subcontactors / Suppliers)
9.Support to subcontractors / suppliers development and audit plan. 支持年度分包商/供应商开发和审查计划。
10.Feedback to subcontractors / suppliers regarding any abnormalities and follow up their corrective actions.与分包商/供应商关于任何异常情况反馈以及跟踪他们的纠正措施。
(Audit)
11.Responsible for the external audit and take lead to ensure completion of the improvement implementation of external audit by customers or 3rd party.负责外部审核工作，并主导完成客户或者第三方的外部审核的改善实施。
(Inspection)
12.Managing inspection instruments and lab equipment to satisfy customers requirement and improve internal quality. 负责检验仪器，量具，实验设备的管理以满足客户要求和提升及改善内部质量。
13.Organizing the optimal inspection system for Incomming materials, in process materials / products, and shipping products in order to minimize any losses and outflow of abnormalities to the customers. 组织最优的来料，过程材料，产品和出货产品的检验体系从而将任何损失和流出至客户方的异常产品降至最小限度。
(Customers Quality)
14.Responsible for the dealing with quality complains and organize to resolve the customers’ complain rootcause, analysis and improvement.负责处理质量投诉，并组织处理客户投诉的根本原因分析和改善工作。
