Responsibilities:
61 Oversee an entire supply and purchasing function for the assigned business unit;
61 Develop effective supply chain strategy and drive for cost savings to meet the group’s business growth;
61 Drive and lead the purchasing team to comply to the company purchasing policies;
61 Work closely with PMC and project team to meet customer delivery requests;
61 Monitor suppliers’ performance and evaluate the reliability of the suppliers, products quality, on-time delivery and technology;
61 Lead the team to achieve targets results in respect of project engineering, sourcing, supplier selection and certification, procurement and supplier performance management;
61 Implement Vendor Managed Inventory.

Requirements:
61 Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Engineering or related discipline;
61 Minimum 7 years or above solid purchasing experience working in sizeable EMS or multinational manufacturing companies;
61 Knowledgeable in component and product with proven record in handling electronics OEM/ODM projects;
61 Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
61 Result-oriented with strong leadership, good analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure;
61 Good command of spoken English and Putonghua;
61 Work based in Suzhou ，
