Brief Overview of Role:

1.Handle all payments, receives for all entities.

2.Assist Accountant/Finance Manager on other accounting/finance things as instructed.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. College degree or above.

2. 1-2 years' working experience. Working experience in the foreign company and international environment is a plus.

3. Good PC skills, familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc

4. Good communication skills, preferred good in English (speaking and writing)

5. Honest and details orientation

Responsibilities:

All employees are subject to the conditions of employment set out in their Employment Contract. This details the professional and particular duties required of employees, together with benefits provided by the College.

The duties of Cashier at Dulwich International High School Suzhou are as follows:

1. Review payment request in D365, process all kinds of payments to vendors, staffs.

2. Collections of tuitions, boarding, exam fees and all kinds of activities

3. Make summaries for collections/payments as per nature.

4. Make billing of exams.

5. Chase all outstanding receivables.

6. Manage accounting jobs of activities/trips.

7. Bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations.

8. Process in D365 treasury module for financial products.

9. Act as local contact person with banks.

10. School Events Support.

11. Finance documents filing.

12. Support for audit.

13. Assist on monthly close & reporting, responsible for cash flow report.

14. Responsible for accounting book and tax declaration of Byron.

15. Guarantee the respect of policies & procedures.

16. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
