1. 准确完成设备每日的日常点检和维护，确保设备性能Finish equipment daily routine check and maintenance accurately to ensure the equipment’s performance
2. 按照机台/本岗的生产计划与指令，严格按照生产流程开展生产工作，确保产量达成产量要求Carry out the production work in strict accordance with the production process according to the machine/position production plan and instruction, to ensure achieving production requirements.
3. 按照质量的要求，对首件产品进行调试加工并进行自检，以及按要求定期检验产品，确保生产出的产品符合质量要求To debug the *** product’s processing and do self-inspection according to the quality requirements. Inspect products periodically as required to ensure that the produced products meet quality requirements.
4. 遵守公司的安全生产管理制度及规则，进行安全作业生产Abide by company rules and safety production management system to ensure safe operations.
5. 及时向主管反馈生产中发现的任何异常状况 Feedback to superior about any abnormal situation in production
6. 清理整顿设备5S，保持设备完整性；负责工作区的5S管理，保持其条理化和清洁。Responsible for 5S management to keep the integrity of facilities and workshop area orderly and clean.
7. 遵守公司有关劳动纪律及出勤的要求; 根据公司生产需求配合早、中、晚三班调度及调休安排; 当生产需求有变动时，配合公司岗位调整或部门调动Comply with the company’s rules on labor discipline and attendance; Obey the 3 shifts (Early, Middle & Night) and exchange leave arrangement according to the needs of the production; Cooperate to adjust position or department while production requirements changed.

- 中学/中专及以上学历Middle School/High School
- 能看懂机械图纸，会使用简单的尺寸测量工具；Be able to understand mechanical drawings and know how to operate normal measurement tools;
