Responsibilities： 1. Lead day-to-day tactical activities and develop for team of quality with training, career development and performance measurements. 2. Responsible for system setting（ISO9001&ISO14001）, ensuring that effective up-to-date assurance documentation, procedures and specifications pertaining to quality engineering are maintained. 3. Contributes to product development and product/component improvement projects and/or activities. 4. Support the selection and approval of suppliers - maintaining records and communications to stakeholders as necessary. 5. Manage supplier non-conformance and complaint handling process 6. Provides oversight for site incoming inspection and MRB processes. Improves MRB process and timeliness. 7. Evaluate and approve supplier APQP / PPAP 8. Leading internal audit and supplier audit. Deal with customer audit and follow-up 9. Prepare WI and training for inspectors 10. Supports Program Manager finish APQP and PPAP for new program. Requirements: 1. Proper use of Vernier calipers/micrometers/thickness gauges and other inspection tools 2. Basic knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 3. Basic knowledge of quality management (Inspection / supplier management / skills of using inspection tools...)
