岗位职责: 1. 完成所负责区域内销售目标,通过电话、邮件、拜访开发新客户,维护老客户; Achieve sales target in the planned field of responsible area, develop new customers and maintain existing customers through telephone 、email and visit; 2. 做好内部相关人员沟通,处理好客户Account Manager 、报价、订单、交货及货款回收; Process shortage/spot buy/PPV cost down demand, quote, PO, follow shipment and payment on schedule; 3. 将客户/潜在客户的需求分析转化为解决方案策略,以支持客户的业务顺利开展; Translate the requirements analysis of customers/prospects into solution strategies, to support the business of our customers to enable them to be successful; 4. 通过成功和订单损失分析售前活动,反思总结销售方法,不断优化销售流程; Analyze pre-sales activities through success and loss of orders, review and summarize sales methods, and continuously optimize sales processes; 5. 完成领导交办的其他工作事项。 Complete other work assigned by the leader. 任职要求: 1. 大学本科以上学历,专业不限,有电子元器件分销行业经验 3~5年(必须) Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, someone who has 3~5 years experience in electronic component distribution industry is necessary; 2.自己有客户资源, 能自带客户 Have certain customer resources, can bring your own customers. 3. 敢于接受挑战,能承受工作压力; Dare to accept challenges, able to work under pressure; 4. 有严谨的工作态度,有良好的协调能力,具备团队精神; Precise job attitude,good co-ordination ability and have team spirit; 5. 具备流利的普通话能力,基本的英语沟通和书写能力; Fluent Mandarin and basic English verbal & written skills; 6. 擅长交际沟通,善于表达; Excellent communication and presentation skills; 7. 积极主动,有一定学习能力,能够独立工作并开发新的业务机会; Strong self-starter who is able to work independently to develop new business opportunities and with good learning capability; 8. 结果导向型,自信,精力充沛,有强烈的学习和成功欲望,有志于从事电子元器件分销行业; Committed to results, confident, high energy and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed, interested in the distribution of electronic components; 9. 95后优先,男女不限; Generation Z is preferred,gender is not limited. 薪资福利: 1、 底薪1.5W左右 , 具体可详谈.; Basic sales salary is about 15000, specific salary can be negotiated; 2、 无责任底薪,高额提成,五险一金全额缴纳; Irresponsibility basic salary , high commission , five social insurance and one housing fund paid in full; 3、 周末双休,不加班,享有国家法定节假日,转正后即有10天年假; Weekend double off, no overtime, enjoy national statutory holidays.
