Job responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Develop and improve an effective and efficient way to meet Process requirement;开发和改进有效和高效的方法来满足工艺要求;
2.Be responsible for Analyzing Product process defects and Improvements to eliminate Defects and Customer Complaints; Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high ***-pass yield, lower production scrap负责分析产品工艺缺陷并改进以消除缺陷和客户投诉;持续推动和领导改进工艺性能，以达到高一次合格率，降低生产废品率；
3.Documenting, revising process Documents such as work instruction, Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan etc. for all product assembly processes. Be responsible for training operators to catch key points of products assembly. Maintain & upgrade in accordance to customer and quality system requirement编制、修订所有产品装配过程的工艺文件，如作业指导书、工艺流程、FMEA、控制计划等。负责培训操作工掌握产品装配的关键点。根据客户和质量体系的要求进行维护和升级；
4.Establish and maintain the PE related process for best efficiency of the production;建立和维护与PE相关的流程，以达到***的生产效率;
5.Be responsible for Tools and fixture design and improvements; Work with sourcing team to manage the procurement of PE related equipment and fixtures, and make sure the quality upon receipt; Check on time to Ensure the good status of equipment and fixture tooling负责工装夹具的设计和改进;与采购团队一起管理PE相关设备和夹具的采购，并确保收到的质量;及时检查设备和工装夹具的状态；
6.Support New Product Build by suggesting Tool designs and Process Parameters; Work with R&D to ensure smooth new project introduction or transfer;通过建议工具设计和工艺参数来支持新产品的开发;与研发部门合作，确保新项目顺利导入或转移;
7.Prevent quality issues by proactive process design and innovation; providing effective corrective and preventive actions when quality issues appear and analyze and assist to resolve the quality issues and customer complaints; 通过积极的工艺设计和创新预防质量问题;当出现质量问题时，提供有效的纠正和预防措施，分析和协助解决质量问题和客户投诉
8.Coach engineering team, lead the team to improve the professional level, improve the understanding of products, enhance the team cohesion, and create a harmonious working atmosphere 培训工程师团队，带领团队提升专业水平，提升对产品专业的理解，提升团队凝聚力，创造和谐的工作氛围

Requirement 岗位要求：
1.College + degree in Engineering/Science专科以上学历，理工科专业背景
2.Good communication skills in Chinese and English良好的中英文沟通能力；
3.Master of PCBA and system assembly process; abundant experiences and resources on solving manufacturing quality problem;精通PCBA或系统装配工艺，在问题解决方案有丰富的经验；
4.7+ years of experience as process engineer within technology industries至少7年及以上相关工作经验，或相关技术领域里的工艺工程师；
5.Strong leadership and inter-personal communication capabilities;Have experience on Lean Manufacturing and ISO Quality Systems;Knowledgeable in IPC Standards,IPC-610, Design of Experiment, Lean Manufacturing, etc.Fast learning ability.较强的领导力与个人沟通技能,;有精益生产和ISO质量体系的经验；有IPC标准，实验设计等相关经验；较强的学习能力和团队协作能力。
