Job contents: The Project Manager has full responsibility for the successful completion of the project. After the company get the order, he/she should lead the project team to complete the overall plan, detailed design, on-site installation & commissioning, and after acceptance test transfer project to customer support team to ensure that the project targets in terms of budget, time and quality are achieved. 1. Organize the project team, including mechanical design engineer, control engineer, procurement, production, quality and installation, etc., to ensure the project being successful, 2. Coordinate with all parties involved in the project, including customers, suppliers, subcontractors and finance, to ensure the smooth acceptance and timely payment of the project, 3. Monitor project costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget, 4. Coordinate project schedule and ensure project completion on time, 5. Responsible for technical communication and coordination to ensure that project meets the expected technical requirements, 6. Monitor the quality of the project to ensure that the project meets the expected quality standards, 7. Develop project risk management plan, identify and deal with project risks in a timely manner, 8. Prepare the project summary report, summarize the experience and lessons during the project, and provide reference for the follow-up of the project. Qualifications : 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or related, 2.More than 5 years of project management experience, with rich experience in project execution, 3.Be familiar with the entire life cycle of the project and have a good understanding of all aspects of the project, 4.Good communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively communicate with project team members, customers and suppliers, 5.Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
