Qualification Requirement：
资质要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, prefer to be engineering background.
本科及以上文凭，有安全工程背景者优先。
2.At least 2-years EHS working experiences; Good communication, coaching; Good written and spoken English, PC skills.
至少2年EHS 工作的经验，擅长沟通，辅导，能熟练使用常见的办公软件，有较好的英语读写能力。



Job Responsibilities：
工作职责
1.Maintain and optimize Faradyne Motors Suzhou EHS management system which is in compliance with country, local regulations.
维护并持续更新公司EHS 体系，确保符合国家和地方政府职能部门的规范要求。
2. Participate setting up EHS Goal, Objectives, work plan and get this achieved.
参与制定并落实公司EHS目标和工作计划。
3.Lead the development of “Think SAFE, every time, all the time” culture with the objective of zero injuries and zero environmental non-compliances.
主导建立“时时安全，事事安全”的企业文化，达到零伤害零违规的目标，
4. Call the Monthly Safety Committee Meeting, report the EHS KPI and auditing summary, meeting minutes, action plan following up as critical committee coordinator.
作为重要事项协调人，负责召集月度安委会会议，汇报EHS 指标完成情况，日常巡查发现，制作会议记录，跟踪任务达成。
5.daily entire company audit, record noncompliance, create and trace the corrective actions.
每天的例行检查，记录违规，制定并跟踪改正措施。
6. Work with related government department to continuously improve Faradyne Motors’s EHS situation.
配合政府职能部门持续提高苏州法拉鼎电机有限公司的EHS 状况。
7.Monitor, track the status and results of all the EHS improvement and corrective actions.
监督并跟踪所有EHS提高和改进方案的执行情况。
8.Provide support to the related department with professional EHS knowledge, participate in project assessment.
参与项目评估，并向相关部门提供专业的EHS技术支持。
9.Organize the regular audit and drill for EHS.
组织常规的审核和演习。
10.Maintain updated knowledge of latest practice and technological developments in EHS industry.
始终保持对EHS领域最新知识和规则的跟踪和掌握。
11.Complete other works assigned by reported manager.
