Job description:

1. Analyze the demand of manpower/machine/materials and output, make efficiency manpower plan, improve productivity to ensure the order delivery on time based on customer’s requirements.
分析生产线人员,设备,及物料需求及产量状况,优化生产人力计划,提升生产效率。确保按照客户的要求及时交付订单。

2. Based on the equipment operating manual, process and quality parameter and to be cooperate with quality & engineering department to build up and maintain the standard operating procedure for every work station to control the production under standard operating procedures and processes. Optimize efficiency of equipment and process in the production continuously. Have more experience in applying continuous improvement principles and techniques, for example: visual management. Have good sense of lean production or value chain.
参照设备操作手册、工艺质量参数,与工程和质量部合作,建立和维护每个岗位的生产操作手册,以规范和控制生产的操作方法、步骤及流程。持续不断地优化生产工艺流程和设备效率,有丰富的持续改善的经验和方法,比如目视化管理。具备良好的精益生产和价值链的意识。

3. According to the company’s requirements to set the budget of production department. Actively overall adjust the layout of equipment、labor & other resource, lead the team leader to make the adjustment measures and action procedures to ensure meet or exceed the budget target of production department. It will include the safety、productivity、order on time delivery、waste、scrap rate、customer complain and so on.
根据公司的要求制定本部门年度的预算目标,积极全面地调整设备、人员等资源配置,领导生产主管制定生产的调整措施和实施步骤,确保完成或超过预期的预算指标,包括安全、生产效率、按时交货率、浪费和报废率、客户投诉等。

4. Total quality focused, coordinate with quality dept. actively, identify and assess the manufacturing risks and direct the production members to assess, monitor and amend the manufacturing process capability trough to use kinds of quality control methods based on product quality specification in Dynamic. To ensure stable quality and process capability to deduct the scrap.
全面地关注质量,根据公司产品的质量标准要求,与质量部积极配合,识别和评估生产中的风险,指导团队成员应用一切质量控制手段对工序能力进行评估、监控和纠正。以确保稳定的产品质量、工序能力,不断降低产品报废率。

5. Full understanding of company’s EHS policy. Pay attention and find out the potential risk and coordinate with EHS committee to find the solution to eliminate the hidden dangers and make the preventive safeguards.
充分理解公司EHS政策,密切注意和发现可能存在的安全隐患,并及时与EHS委员会进行沟通以消除隐患,并制定预防保障措施。

6. Focus on whole production organizational growth. Build up the norm and correct team member’s behavior. Promote learning and self-management atmosphere in team. Build up a cohesive team. To coach and develop team members. According to the annual production target and team member’s career develop plan to work out the training plan to enhance their operating and relevant skills. Tracking the training result in time and review it regularly. Ensure the team’s performance meet the company’s goal.
关注生产部整个团队的成长,建立规范并纠正员工的行为,倡导全员学习和员工自我管理的氛围,创建一个具有凝聚力的团队;指导和发展团队 成员,根据本部门的年度生产目标和员工的职业发展需要,制定和规划本部门员工的培训计划,提升员工操作技能或其它相关技能,并对培训结果进行及时地跟踪和回顾。确保团队的绩效达到公司目标。

7. As the management representative of production to cooperate、coordinate & communicate with cross function to ensure the smooth implementation of production tasks and other special projects. Build up a good team spirit with cross-functional team.
作为生产部的管理代表,负责跨部门的合作、协调、沟通,保证各项生产任务及其他特殊项目的顺利实施,注重营造良好的跨部门团队氛围。

Job Requirment:
职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic or industry engineering is preferred
统招本科及以上学历,电子或工业工程专业优先考虑
2. Be familiar with SMT and assembly manufacturing process. Have good technical knowledge and experience in EMS industry.
熟悉SMT和组装的制造工艺流程,具备扎实的电子行业技术理论知识和经验
3. At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in PCBA manufacturing company. 3-5 years production management experience is preferred.
至少五年左右PCBA工厂相关工作经验,具备3-5年生产管理岗位经验优先考虑
4. Work pro-actively and independently, high executive force and push power
工作积极主动并具有独立性,较高的执行力和推动力
5. Good skills of learning and organization
优秀的组织和学习能力
6. Sensitive judgement, good adaptability, can be flexible,
灵敏的判断力,优秀的适应性,懂得灵活变通
7. Can coach, develop, motivate and train team members, team work oriented

9. Good English in speaking and writing
