Roles and Responsibility:
？ Preparation and implementation of powertrain or its components test.

？ Support mechanical and electrical infrastructure adaption of test rigs for new testing project.
(支持机电工程师为新项目进行测试台架搭建)
？ Support to modification and enhancement of test rigs control program code.
(支持台架测试代码的修改和持续改善)
？ Supervising operation of test rigs and analysis of test rig data.
(监督台架的运行和试验数据的分析)
？ Reporting and presenting data to testing project teams and customers.
(向测试团队和客户报告和展现测试数据)
？ Supporting facility teams in maintaining support equipment of test cells.
(支持设备设施维护团队进行测试设备设施维护)
？ Support to improvement of testing process and quality.
(测试过程和质量的持续改进)
？ Supporting 5S management and EHS deployment.

Requirement:
？ Knowledge of transmission and engine mechanism, e-Drive system and their components.
(了解变速箱、发动机、电驱动系统及其相关部件)
？Any structure language (C, Pascal, etc.) and any integrated development environment (VC, VB, Delphi, etc.) programming experience preferred.
(有任何编程语言或经验优先)
？ Basic knowledge of metal parts design, manufacturing and assembly.

？ Basic knowledge of speed, torque, temperature, pressure, acceleration measurement and data acquisition system.
(具备转速、扭矩、温度、压力、加速度测量和采集基本知识)
？ Basic knowledge of converter, dynamometers.
(具备变频器和测功机基本知识)
？ Basic knowledge of industrial automation system (e.g. PLC, relay, pneumatic / hydraulic components etc.)

？ Basic knowledge of measurement and control theory (e.g. PID control).

？ Measurement data handling skills.

？Experience with noise and vibration analysis including time, frequency and order analysis for rotating equipment is a plus.

？ Experience in electrical installation and commissioning of test bench is preferred
