As the process leader to responsible for yield improvement, process control, abnormal issue handling and VAVE.
About the job: Keep improve existing process capability and quality. Process docs preparing, including PFEMA, PFC, WI, Production checklist and others. New product development support and suggestions for future control. Including drawing review, process design review, validation report review, try run report. Process technology management, including process technology management system initialization and revise, monitor the implementation of process principle, coordinate cross function team for better process management. Process problem solving and improvement, responsible for new technology and new process study. Responsible for technology improvement plan. Process training and guidance, ensure operator are familiar with the working procedure and principle. Data analysis and improvement action implement, collect and analysis production data, monitor process capability and quality performance Assess and improve quality of internal production and the quality of suppliers. Work closely with internal and external technical support. Perform internal and external (supplier) process, product, and systems audits. Other tasks which supervisor request. Various process knowledge.
About you: Bachelor’s degree in engineering science - mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering mechanics or related disciplines Minimum 5 years’ experience, at least 3 years in process development, automotive industry experience is preferred Automotive sensor technology is preferred: Familiar with Assembly process, welding process such as ultrasonic welding, soldering process; stamping/molding process and testing process. Have statistic data analysis for process analysis and improvement, GB/BB is Plus. Familiar with TS16949, APQP, lean manufacturing. Open Mind, Passion for Excellence and Good Communication capability will be strongly expected. Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking
