RESPONSIBILITIES职位职责

As part of the innovation process, you will:
89 Lead/support the development of new materials to meet customer requirements or to provide the company with a competitive or strategic advantage;
89 Lead the testing and approval process of new raw materials and of OEM material approvals;
89 Support Production Dept. in troubleshooting and process improvement;
89 Support Sales Dept. in understanding customer technical requirements and needs;
89 Carry out material development projects under guidance, analysing requirements, proposing a production test plan, verifying the test production process, registering and evaluating the results and proposing adjustments and improvements;
89 Operate the testing equipment to carry out material analysis and characterization;
89 Support the collection and statistical analysis of R&D experiment data, process condition;
89 Support the management of the given human and instrumental resources to ensure that the laboratory is run in a way to meet all applicable quality, safety and environmental regulatory obligations and internal standards;
89 Support the internal training and knowledge transfer;
89 Support the drafting and revision of all relevant departmental documentation;
89 Support the implementation and enforcement of all departmental procedures and guidelines (including HQ guidelines), standards of performance, international industry and measuring standards and national safety and environmental regulations (including but not limited to UL and IATF16949 standards);
89 Operate all relevant softwares: including but not limited to Kingdee Enterprise Resource Planning software, Prolab software (Lab management software), Siebel Customer Relationship Management software; support the implementation of SAP system;
89 Support open and effective inter-departmental communication and external communication with representatives of customers, suppliers and external laboratories (including the labs of other RADICI Plastics plants) in both Chinese and English;
89 Carry out any other task assigned by supoviser.


职位要求
89 Education and Working Experience: background in polymers engineering, materials engineering or process engineering. Master or PhD degree with 0 to 3 years working experience.
89 Specific knowledge and expertise with thermoplastic material, experience with polyamide material preferred;
89 Active, independent, open minded and willing to learn, to develop solutions and to push forward new ideas.
89 Hands-on mentality;
89 Willingness to support business through improvement and innovation;
89 Ability to work both indipendently and as part of a team;
89 Language: mandatory good written and spoken English.
