Job Purpose: 61 Supply support to the Product Line Manager, Sales & Marketing across financial reporting & pricing, contributing to revenue and margin growth Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy 61 Collaborate with business partners & analyst peers to ensure consistency & best practice in partnering with stakeholders 61 Review and supply advice on opportunities to ensure continuous enhancement of our business partnering, to drive growth 61 Work with other areas in Interconnect including Engineering, Operations and Finance teams, to ensure we are aligned and working collaboratively 61 Ensure strong governance & control around the pricing & business partnering processes & reporting 61 Working with the business systems team to identify & evaluate system needs to enhance the pricing process and management reporting to both monitor & drive improvements in business & individual performance Responsibilities: Support the PLM, Finance BP, S&M to: 61 Provide monthly orders, sales, and margin reporting – working with the business team to explain movements to prior year, budget, and latest forecast 61 Work with commercial teams to understand drivers for performance and supply support to monthly reporting 61 Manage and combine bookings & sales forecasts, as part of the S&OP process 61 Work with Finance BP & commercial teams to understand risks & opportunities to forecasts (with relevant action plans) 61 Have input into the quarterly calculation and analysis of sales incentive plans and support the target setting 61 Report on the CRM pipeline & sales funnel 61 Supply monthly team expenses reporting, explaining variances & holding teams to targets and supplying regular forecasts; contribute to cost control 61 Run the S&M budget process 61 Analyze sales and orders for the product line managers to assess financial performance and adjust strategy 61 Maintain price lists in Salesforce. Analyze & recommend transactional price adjustments 61 Track adherence to specific product pricing policies, framework, and procedures 61 Development and ongoing maintenance for all customer specific contract pricing agreements. 61 Analyze the point of sale (POS) data from the distributor network 61 Supply feedback & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to systems developments 61 Create and socialize educational material about price to value rationale for delivery to internal stakeholders 61 Develop material to facilitate informed price decision making (e.g., material for product pricing meetings and Pricing Council) 61 Monitor key working capital metrics and challenge business for improvements Requirements: 61 Preferred Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a history of success 61 Occasional business travel needed 61 Knowledge of Salesforce, Cognos and Glovia ERP preferable but not essential
