Let's talk about the role: 1. Utilise the BMC ticketing portal for logging, accurate reflection of caller requests and assigning / escalating issues where needed 2. Provide on-site and remote technical support to End-Users for break fix or maintenance activities. 3. Provide onsite and remote support for IT Security break fix cases. 4. Provide onsite Manufacturing support for break fix related issues. 5. Provide on-site, telephone and remote support, taking ownership, accurately diagnosing and rectifying user hardware & software issues in accordance with documented procedures & to documented 6. Provide Active Directory (AD), MS Exchange, o365, InTune, OKTA administration, Telephony support (e.g., Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, MaxHub, Polycom, Video Conferencing systems), Global Protect VPN, End-User devices (laptops, desktops, macbook + mobile devices) and etc 7. Assist in maintenance of network infrastructure under direction from the Network Operations group, including the patching of network ports, identifying faulty LAN port or WiFi Aps and etc 8. Involve in Employee on-boarding and Employee off-boarding activities 9. Installation of new services to desktop users via remote tools or via on-site office service 10. Provide software application support on both Standard Operating Environment (SOE), office automation products and other application needs (ie Oracle ERP, TIPTOP ERP) 11. Assist in other IT projects as and when required by management 12. Provide assistance with regular Compliance & Security reviews 13. Tracks and maintain IT inventory 14. Complete audit and review activities on ResMed IT systems (ie AD, SCCM, BMC ticketing system) Let's talk about you: 1. Experienced working in Customer facing, Digital platform (live platform) and Manufacturing environment 2. Customer focused with strong organizational skills 3. Microsoft operating systems / applications experience 4. Flexible with work times for e.g. from 7:00 a.m. till 7 p.m. 5. Team focused & strong inter-personal skills 6. Self-motivating & willing to take ownership 7. Ability to manage time & workload effectively 8. Dynamic & willing to learn 9. A must to be able to converse verbally and in writing for Chinese language 10.Able to converse in English verbally and in writing 11. Able to communicate in multiple languages would be a plus
