Develop or improve bearing products with customers based on existing products.

Cooperate with the engineering department to design/optimize the customer's bearing products and make specific technical information/ agreement.

Make the design improvement proposal based on the customer requirements as well as production feedback and implement improvement activities with Spanish engineering team.

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually

Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical
机械专业本科及以上学历
Very familiar with the application / manufacture of bearing products (sliding bearings, thrust bearings, etc.)

Mechanical design experience and AutoCAD/3D /SAP Skills (experience of Inventor is preferred)
