Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
61 Responsible for new products & new suppliers search, industry use survey and supplier field survey collection & analysis.
61 Liaison between OEMs and SN internal PD, ENG, Quality, SC team. Cross-functional management with stakeholder DPT. Routine work including RFQs, CBOM and cost tracker maintain, SRM maintain etc.
61 Identify, represent and develop, maintain relationships with best sources of scope finished products.
61 Continuous benchmark follow-up on related product activities.
61 Deliver weekly reports or summaries as assigned by management.
61 Multi-cultural working style to communicate and growth with team
61 Responsible and ensure that all purchasing actions are taken in accordance with relevant policies, regulations and ethics.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
61 10+ years and above of experience in Small home appliance industry.
61 Knowledge/Experience of metal, plastic, electronic products, small home appliances related manufacturing process.
61 Excellent communication, Interpersonal & effective negotiation skills
61 Teamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work Independently
61 Strong supplier quality, project management & mechanical & electrical engineering background
61 High work ethic and attitude
61 Hardworking and flexible working time
61 Able to work in a very fast paced environment as a team member
61 Good communication in English, written and oral, is a MUST. Good skill in office software, like Excel and Access.
