What you’ll do: Develop DOE test plans to help product execution teams test and validate products more efficiently and effectively. Reduce testing resources and product test plan time while meeting customer CTQ metrics to ensure a successful product launch. Develop best practice standards for DOE across the Tools and Outdoor testing organizations and implement them with the product execution teams. Participate in test plan reviews in the NPD process to ensure product meets all requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline. 10+ Years technical experience in Reliability/Test Lab/Quality discipline in a new product development environment. Strong interpersonal skills, good oral, written, and presentation skills. Trained in the use of Six Sigma tools and techniques (i.e., Six Sigma green belt) such as: Design of Experiments (DOE).
