Roles & Responsibilities: In charge of campus merchant management covering the supervision of daily operation, fee charging, kitchen facilities and equipment maintenance, document control as well as other supporting work. 1. Be responsible for regular inspections and service optimization of campus canteen, restaurants, convenience stores with corresponding rectification follow-up actions, in accordance with the food safety regulation and workflow. 2. Be responsible for monitoring the feedback from staff and students, maintain the communication channels such as leading the catering advisory working group, maintaining WeChat mini program, conducting regular satisfaction survey, dealing with inquiries and complaining cases. 3. Be responsible for coordination work inside the office as well as among suppliers, departments, government authorities if needed, such as organizing regular meetings, theme events and so on. 4. Be responsible for merchant facilities and equipment maintenance work, including coordination and purchasing work with merchant manager, maintenance supplier and other stakeholders. 5. Be responsible for file and report archiving, to support overall merchant management work. 6. Be responsible for any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of this post, and any other tasks assigned as needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for backgrounds in facilities management, cafeteria management, and management studies. 2. Relevant working experience of catering management or food safety management is required. 3. Working experience in an education establishment is preferable. 3. Good command of English both in writing and speaking. 4. Good skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Required Competencies and Skills: 1. Ability to handle and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks in a busy office environment and provide the solutions by a quick react. 3.
