Localized after-sales service: Responsible for the after-sales service of customers in the designated region or localized projects, timely response to customer's demand, and provide professional technical support and solutions. 2. To manage customer satisfaction in project delivery, deal with customer complaints and feedback demands, and coordinate relevant resources for quick solution to improve customer satisfaction 3. On-site maintenance: Carry out regular on-site maintenance as planned, including equipment inspection, maintenance, repair, etc., to ensure equipment performance. 4. Technical guidance: Provide product use training and technical guidance for customers to help customers better understand and use the product. 5. Feedback reporting: Timely feedback of customer comments and suggestions, as well as product quality problems, to help improve products and services. 6. Spare parts management: manage and maintain spare parts required for various projects in the territory to ensure that spare parts are sufficient and qualified. 7. Regional cooperation: Cooperate with other departments to jointly achieve the company's after-sales service objectives and improve the company's overall image. 8.
