The Company’s cleaning management
公司保洁管理
Guide and assist coordinators and employees with attendance and leave operation in HRIS.
指导和协助部门协调员和员工有关HRIS中假勤模块的操作。
Monitor and track employee attendance, including punching card, leaves, vacations, and absences.
追踪和审核员工考勤,包含打卡,请假和出勤。
Check and verify monthly attendance and leave reports correctness to ensure accurate payroll delivery.

Assist with HR SSC for local employee life cycle process, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding, contract renew, etc..

Prepare and generate reports on attendance metrics to meet compliance audit and global 360 reporting.
制作考勤各类指标报告,满足合规性审核和总部360报告。
Seek continuous improvement in attendance function, including but not limited to attendance process, attendance operation efficiency, HRIS attendance ang leave module optimization.
寻求考勤方面的持续优化改善,包括但不限于考勤流程,考勤运营效率,HRIS假勤模块优化。
Oversee and analyze attendance data to identify potential issues to remind HR BP based on labor law and RBA regulations, including but not limited to excessive OT hours and various absenteeism.
分析考勤数据,根据劳动法和RBA规则识别潜在问题并提醒HR BP,包括但不限于加班时间超时,各类缺勤等。
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
关注相关的法律法规,持续确保假勤的合规性。
