Primary Function 1.Assemble, develop, maintain and train an excellent project team 2.Coordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including R.F.P. , order confirmations, sales orders, project launches, purchasing, production, delivery and installation 3.Develop and manage critical project/program time lines (project plans). Obtain customer approval for time lines and monitor the process through to completion 4.Review and approve all design/detail architectural fixture drawings prior to release to customer 5.Actively manage customer inventories and re-orders 6.Assist in managing finished good inventory related to assigned customer 7.Support estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction programs 8.Full utilization and order management using our ERP system 9.Pursue revenue and gross margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations 10.Travel to meet with clients, suppliers or other divisions is required
Qualifications & Academic Preferences 1.Must have a degree in Project Management 2.10 years project management experience in store fixture or related industry with involvement in operational activities 3.Experience in wood/metal/acrylic manufacturing environment 4.Architectural/Interior Design technical knowledge expertise is critical 5.Knowledge of ERP systems and/or good computer skills 6.Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills 7.Unparalleled Customer Service Focus
