Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Perform operational procurement activities - Execute operational procurement
requests within site ensuring a focus on efficiency and the quality of customer
service. This includes the following actions:

Understand end user requirements as received directly or indirectly.

*
Leverage the applicable category buying guides and sourcing knowledge to
determine the best method for driving value in meeting the request.

*
Communicate the status, progress, and outcomes of procurement activities.

*
Support the creation and review of relevant purchasing documentation.

*
Apply sourcing process - Application of the sourcing process (RfIs, RfQs,
RfPs) for the delivery of operational sourcing activity, incl. the application
of eSourcing tools. Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and
technologies.

*
Monitor targets and KPIs – Ensure that Procurement operational targets and
metrics on customer service are delivered. Track and monitor these metrics
where required, and escalate issues as they arise.

Support site-based Procurement - Execute escalated sourcing requests from
site-based Procurement and provide a support role for site-based or global
Procurement as required

*
Support category or upstream teams – Collaborate with global and/or local ASO
peers to work on applicable assignments from category or upstream teams;

*
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) - Support CSR initiatives related to
(candidate) suppliers, e.g. supplier diversity, anti-bribery, animal welfare,
etc.

Qualification & Experience:

*
Business related Master or Dual-Degree

*
Profession procurement or Fin. Related certificates

*
3~5 years procurement profession

*
IVD or Pharma industry experience

Professional Competencies:

*
Business level fluency in English.

*
Operational procurement experience with experience in basic contracting,
eSourcing and spot buying.

*
Good communication skills and demonstrated understanding of translating
business requirements into procurement specifications with customer service in
mind.

*
Documented international Strategic Sourcing or cost reduction experience.

Leadership Competencies：

Leadership competencies at proficient level, in line with corporate framework.
