61 Identify all of new product design risks related with robust design/compliance/DFA&DFM in the prototype stage and provide the recommendations to NPD team and assist the design optimization before TRA.
61 Work together with cross-functional team to resolve the JIRA issues on time before MP.
61 Conduct the benchmark study of the competitors’ product and recommend the good/compatible design to team.
61 Set the product KPI/CTQ and verify them with the tool of DOE/tolerance stack analysis, ultimately design some relevant test items including accelerated life test to validate the product’s reliability.
61 Communicate with US/UK team for the design/product issues and convey the accurate information to team and play a key role on the decision making.
61 Involve in the sub-supplier’s qualification activity and assess the sub-supplier’s capacity and material MIFA and ensure the AVL suppliers of key components are used in new products.
61 Prepare the NPD dashboard review for quality manager and work for the target of design maturity-95%.
61 Prepare the Vega/quality plan and accelerated life test plan and train the OEMs’ quality engineer to follow our standard.
61 Drive the process/manufacturing quality continuously improved by collaborating with ME to standardize the key processes including crimping/ESD/mixing part control/wire welding/TCO mounting/paint processed.
61 Set the safe launch plan prior MP and ensure all relevant key control items including quality gates (IQC/IPQC/EOL/FQA/PSI) meet the expectation.
61 Responsible for the ECN process and ensure the process is value added and align with business requirement.
61 Raise the DR necessarily and send it to the leadership team for approval.
61 Issue a CAR in SharePoint for problem-solving to drive the OEM to do the cause analysis and take the corrective/preventive actions accordingly.
61 Monitor the product’s performance in market by reviewing the web star review/ in Clearbridge, call center’s data and the retailer rate and take the rapid response/measurement accordingly


ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
61 Bachelor’s degree in electronic/mechanic/other engineering background
61 At least 3years relevant working experience in small home appliance industry or equivalent experience.
61 Good communication skill/ teamwork spirit and build the good interpersonal relationship with other departments.
61 Can work independently under pressure and accept the frequent business trip per required.
61 Can use the English (good oral/listening skill) to communicate with US/UK colleague
61 Proficient at the Microsoft office software—Excel/PPT/Word/Teams
61 Equipped with the knowledge of DOE/Tolerance stack analysis/DFA/DFM
61 Equipped with the knowledge of understanding the material processes including the molding injection, stamping, die-casting.
61 Grasp the basic statical/Minitab knowledge.
61 Equipped with the knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA
