Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Establishes site EHS objectives and achieve the objective 2. Provides technical support and leadership for EHS projects and activities; 3. Acts as an advisor and consultant to management on all technical aspects of Environmental, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering 4. Control site-wide compliance with local/international laws and regulations 5. To manage site EHS operations and take leadership to ensure site safety, green environment and people health through EHS awareness promotion, regular site audit, and follow up 6. To be responsible for overseeing EHS budget, goals and performance. 7. To develop and implement site EHS programs, practices and procedures and implement through team approach. 8. To make sure business continuity through risk identification and risk control. 9. Promote employee EHS awareness continuity. 10. To provide technical expertise for facilities and equipment design criteria. 11. To perform fire and life safety, equipment design, layout and equipment installation reviews. 12. Internal and external communication with relative department. Job Specifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in environment engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience. 2. 5 years’ work experience in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene, chemistry or employee training 3. Specific work knowledge of Chinese governmental regulatory groups. 4. Specific working knowledge of local fire protection and emergency response organizations. 5. Working knowledge of Chinese EHS regulations. 6. Working knowledge of Chinese building code and fire prevention regulations. 7. Working knowledge of ISO9001\ISO14001\IATF16949\ISO13485\OHSAS18000 requirements. 8. Working knowledge in Industrial Hygiene personal exposure and contamination sample collection methodologies. 9. Oral and written communication skills in English. 10. Multination company work experience is preferred.
