【岗位职责】
1.项目初期和市场人员沟通并对内准确输入客户需求、产品需求和公司战略需求等项目信息。
Communicate with marketing teams at the beginning of the project and accurately input project information, including client requirements, products requirements and company strategic needs internally.
2.根据客户对项目的具体要求，制定不同的项目计划，组建项目团队，分解任务，并监督项目实施过程都符合公司要求，确保新产品在各阶段的任务落实到位。
Develop different project plans based on the specific requirements of the client, build up project teams, assign tasks, supervise the project implementation process to ensure compliance with company standards, ensuring the completion of tasks for new products at each stage.
3.新品量产之前的人，机，料，法，环等资源准备以及协调工作，满足客人对项目质量、成本、交期的要求。
Prepare and coordinate resources such as personnel, machines, materials, methods, and environment before mass production to meet client requirements for project quality, cost, and delivery time.
4.对外定期或不定期向客户汇报项目进度，对内组织跨部门会议。有效推进项目团队工作，跟进试产问题点有效关闭。
Regularly or intermittently report project progress to clients and organize internal cross-departmental meetings. Effectively drive the project team's jobs and follow up on trial production issues to ensure timely resolution.
5.协助项目管理的流程优化，积累、提升项目管理能力，持续增加客户满意度。
Assist in optimizing project management processes, accumulate and enhance project management capabilities, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
6.对产品开发过程管控有实际经验，具有研发、工程经验更佳，能和客户工程技术人员进行顺畅交流。
Have practical experience in managing the product development process. R&D and engineering experience is a plus.Be able to communicate smoothly with clients' engineering and technical teams.

【任职要求】
1.25-40周岁，本科及以上学历，5年以上制造业项目管理经验，有北美、欧美汽车项目经验，具备汽车双色注塑精密结构功能件项目经验。
20-40yrs old, bachelor’s degree or above. At least 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, with experience in North American or European automotive projects preferred. Familiar with automotive two-color injection precision structural functional parts project experience is essential.
2.精通APQP, VDA6.3, IATF16949系统。
Skilled in APQP, VDA6.3, IATF 16949 systems.
3.具备国际汽车***梯队项目经验优先。
With international automotive *** level customers’ project experience preferred.
4.组织协调能力强，有团队意识，责任感强，能够有效地管理项目团队，确保项目按计划进行。
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to effectively manage a project team to ensure the project progresses as planned.
5.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够有效协调跨部门资源。
Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to effectively coordinate resources across departments.
6.熟练使用项目管理软件（如Microsoft Project）和办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等）Proficient in project management software (such as Microsoft Project) and office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT).
7.英语可作为工作语言。
English is working language.
