Job Description: 岗位描述: 1. Understand customer quality spec and transfer to internal quality standard; and keep we stand in same page. 理解客户质量规范并将其转化为内部质量标准,保持内外部执行统一标准。 2. On-site support customer once there is any production arrangement. 一旦客户有任何生产问题,现场支持客户。 3. Confirm, negotiate and feedback correct information about any issue from customer. 对客户提出的任何问题进行确认、协商和反馈。 4. Communicate with customers about any items including limit sample, waive method, sorting, etc. 与客户沟通任何项目,包括限量样品,豁免方法,分类等。 5. Build and maintain relationship with customers. 建立并维护与客户的关系。 6. Visit plan for every week. 制定每周拜访计划,并执行。 7. Weekly/Monthly report 完成每周/每月报告。 8. Customer input/output yield report, performance tracker and more analysis report. It can be updated by daily or weekly; but every build in customer site should be recorded. 客户输入/输出良率报告,绩效跟踪和更多分析报告。可按日或按周更新;需要记录客户端的每一次构建。 9. Other issues required by supervisor/manager. 主管/经理交办的其他事项。 Job requirements: 岗位要求: 1. College degree or above. 大专或以上学历。 2. At least 3 years experiences in quality management 3年以上质量管理经验。 3. Good knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001 &TS 16949 and Rohs, EHS requirements etc. 熟悉ISO9001, ISO14001, ts 16949, Rohs, EHS要求等。 4. Familiar with quality and analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D, control plan and etc. 熟悉FMEA、SPC、DOE、8D、控制计划等质量分析工具。 5. communication. Must be able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and with customers. 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。能够在组织的不同层次和与客户进行有效的沟通。 6. Ability to travel frequently. 能够接受频繁出差。
