About the Role The role is to lead team to complete requirement digging/analysis, design, development, and integration software components for car Amplifier products. Develop software features like CAN bus communication, diagnostic, multi-channel decoding etc. with C/C++ programming language. Strong electronic and software troubleshooting skills. Work closely with global team members to quickly integrate all components toward fully functional products, includes PM, HW, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Quality Assurance departments. What You Will Do Analyze customer and internal requirements to implement software architecture design and high-level design in line with global cross function teams. Analyze existing embedded software to add features, make modifications, fix bug, and/or port to different platforms/projects. Participates in internal and customer driven design / issues reviews throughout program. Documentation and administration of all developed code. Participate program SW continuous integration release and customer release. Following a defined software development process, including unit testing, integration testing, and etc. Drive improvement in terms of technical and way of working. Supporting the DSP related development. What You Need Bachelor major in electronics, embedded programming, software engineering, computer science or related Minimum 10 years (Bachelor) or 8 years (Master) of working experience in automotive industry. Solid knowledge and rich programming experience of C/C++ language. Minimum 5 years of working experience in ARM/S32K/Jacinto/Others microcontroller embedded software development. Minimum 2 years of working experience under AUTOSAR software framework. Automotive development experience on CAN NM / UDS / FBL / OTA Experience using basic engineering tools (oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.) Experience in the driver for Communication protocols like I2S, I2C, TDM, SPI, etc Experience in the implementation of embedded systems and tools (emulators, debuggers, Familiar with embedded software development process and basic software project management knowledge Ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, positive communication Fluent in spoken English. What is Nice to Have Familiar with one of CMMI, A-SPICE and Agile process. Familiar with audio processing.
