岗位职责: 1. 保持客户日常联系,维护客户关系 Contact customers to keep the relationship 2. 接收客户订单,确认订单信息并输入系统 Receive orders, check orders information and key in orders into system 3. 追踪订单生产状况,确保准时交货 Follow up the production status of orders to ensure on time delivery 4. 积极主动与物流及其他部门合作同时与客户沟通,达成客户需求 Work with Logistics and other internal departments as well as contact customers proactively to meet customer expectations 5. 传达客户需求给相关部门并追踪其进度 Forward customer requests to internal departments and follow up the progress 6. 预测每月销售额,同时分析准时交货率 Forecast monthly sales delivery and work out on-time delivery analysis report 7. 月度出货对账及开票 Check delivery statement and issue invoices monthly 8. 追踪发票付款进度 Follow up the payment status of invoices 9. 总经理安排的其他工作 Other tasks assgined by General Manager
