1. 依据项目要求和输入、基于设计图纸等技术信息，制定内部的检验计划和判定标准；
2. 负责产品实施过程中的质量改进，持续完善产品检验和判定标准；
3. 主导质量异常的处理，保持和研发/生产部门密切沟通，协调并处理不合格品，对CAPA进行闭环管理
4. 负责不合格品的分析确认根本原因，追踪改善措施并验证
5. 参与产品的过程验证，制定验证计划，明确有效的检测方法，支持生产工艺的改进；
6. 协助部门检验人员的培训，确保新检验计划和标准的实施
7. 支持质量体系维护工作，如内部的过程审核、产品审核和质量目标的跟踪等

1. According to project requirement and engineering drawing，to create the product inspection plan and inspection specification.
2. Responsible for the quality improvement in the process of product implementation, continuous improvement of inspection planning and inspection instruction
3. Take the lead in handling quality issues, keep close communication with R&D/Production, coordinate and handle non-conformities, and close the loop on CAPA.
4. Responsible for analyzing and identifying the root cause of nonconformity, tracking and verifying the improvement measures.
5. Participate in the process validation of products, establish validation plans, define effective testing methods, and support the improvement of production processes.
6. Assist in the training of departmental inspectors to ensure the implementation of new inspection plan and requirements.
7. Support for sustainability of quality systems, such as internal process audits, product audits and quality goal tracking, etc
8. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
