职责：
● 主要任务是按照 VQC 作业指导书、图纸/细节和 PO 要求来执行 VQC（虚拟质量）检查和产品发货
● 如有需要，需要到实验室或供应商工厂现场进行零件的检查、贴标签和发货
● 收集并维护新合作伙伴的评估报告和校准日志，并检查测试部件
● 在我们的 ERP 系统中及时、准确地维护受控的电子文件和检验记录
● 质量负责人分配的其他任务
教育和资格：
● 高中及以上学历，至少 1 年在数控或注塑车间/制造环境中的质量检验经验
● 熟悉 G D&T，能够读懂工程图纸，能够识别工程图纸质量的关键特征
● 具有使用测量设备的能力，如千分尺、卡尺、高度计、投影仪、针规、螺纹规等。有专业的CMM 编程和操作经验者优先
● 熟悉计算机辅助设计(CAD)和 Office 系列软件，如 Excel、Word、PPT 等。
● 能借助英语学习 APP 进行英文读和写
● 团队合作，接受开放的新的想法，自我激励，愿意不断努力增加个人的知识和价值
● 当需要时，服从加班安排
Responsibilities:
● Main task is following VQC WI, drawing/specificactions and PO requirements to do VQC(Virtual Quality Check) checking and parts release
● As needed, go to Xometry Laboratory or partner factory on-site to do parts inspection, labeling and shipping
● Collect and maintain the assessment report and calibration log from new partners, and check testing parts
● Maintain controlled electronic documents and test records in a timely and accurate manner in our ERP system
● Other tasks assigned by Quality Leader
Education and Qualifications:
● High-school degree or above, minimum of 1-year quality inspection experience in a CNC or Injection Molding machine shop / manufacturing environment
● Be familiar with G D&T , ability to interpret engineering drawings, can identify critical characteristics to quality on engineering drawing
● Ability to use measuring Equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, Projector, Pin Gauge, Screw Gauge, etc. eexperience with CMM programming and operation is a plus
● Be familiar with CAD, and Office series software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT, etc
● Good English at reading and writing with aids by English study APP
● Team player, open to new ideas and team-work, self-motivated individual, willingness to continually strive to increase personal knowledge and value
● OT (over-time work) when needed
