- organize and implement workshop production schedule: - plan and assign work, execute workflow. - organize and arrange production work according to the plan and ensure the smooth completion of workshop production job. - supervision and guidance of production process: - lead workshop meeting. - overall coordinate production work. - supervise and guide the production process. - solve the problems of workers in the production process. - control the production quality, ensure product quality. - shopfloor management: - promote workshop 5s management system, achieve workshop standardization management. - implement company safety systems. - carry out regular safety inspections, control key processes, and eliminate safety hazards. - control workshop production costs: - statistical analysis of workshop daily production, seek improvement, improve production efficiency. - statistical analysis of workshop cost consumption, formulate corresponding control measures. - workshop staff management: - make corresponding plans to promote the improvement of work and production efficiency, and propose optimization suggestions for improving production equipment, process flow and operation methods. - organize and implement technological innovation activities. - coordinate the progress of workshop team and confirm the records and data of production. - organize training for workshop staff or related people. - cooperate with hr department to check workshop attendance and performance record. - coordinate with other departments. - communicate with superiors and other departments, solve emergencies in the production process. - complete other tasks assigned by the leader. - provide high quality reports according to work needs, including weekly reports, monthly reports, production progress, etc. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or equivalent - at least 3 years of working experience as production/group leader in manufacturing function - at least 8 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing or related field. - good knowledge of machining, assembly, welding and related work experience - good leadership and communication skills - down-to-earth pragmatic style - good sense of innovation and action - lean manufacturing knowledge - quality assurance experience - sap or comparable mrp systems. - fluent english in listening, speaking, reading, and writing - positive minded, self-starter and a team player - good discipline
