1. Responsible to fulfill the sector’s Sales Order request
负责满足各个销售部门的销售订单要求
2. Weekly review the sectors’ sales order book with sales and CSR team
每周与销售和客户服务团队跟进各部门的销售订单情况
3. Work out material purchasing plan and release PO accordingly to local or inter group vendors.
制定物料采购计划，并向本地或内部公司供应商释放订单
4. Daily monitor the PO on time delivery to meet sales order and manufacturing order needs also push the overdue order to reduce the arrears
日常管理订单准时交货情况以满足销售订单和制造订单的需求，并推动减少逾期订单
5. Deal with vendor invoice and PO payment application.
处理供应商发票和订单付款申请
6. Deal with the material abnormal status with vendors, in the stage of incoming, production, quality issue etc.
处理来料异常。
7. Quarterly Safety stock level adjustment to meet the sales request for high runners’ item.
每季度调整安全库存水平并满足销售需求
8. Responsible to control on the monthly inventory performance of the sectors
负责并监控库存状态
9. Monitor the E&O inventory of sectors, find out the root cause and corrective solutions to reduce E&O inventory amount.
监控E&O库存，并找出原因，制定对策减少E&O金额
10. Timely maintain the parameter of material in system, such as lead time, MOQ
及时维护系统中物料参数，如交货期、最小起订量等
11. Other task assigned by manager
其他经理交办的事项
Requirement
1. Bachelor degrees or above
本科及以上学历
2. 5 years+ experience as a planner in a manufacturing environment
五年以上制造行业计划专员工作经验
3. Experienced in material planning and inventory control, experience in international trade is a plus
有物料计划和库存控制经验，有国际贸易经验更佳
4. Very skillful in Microsoft, esp. good at using excel to set up MRP model and analysis
熟练使用微软软件，尤其擅长使用excel建立手工MRP并擅长进行数据分析
5. Have knowledge of safety stock set up and item ABC classification.
具备安全库存建立和ABC分类的知识。
6. Strong communication skills and strong ability to work under pressure
较强的沟通能力和抗压能力
7. Can-do attitude, with high sense of responsibility
积极进取，有高度的责任感
8. Good English skills
良好的英语能力
