Assist the general manager in business reception, including the company's important customers, government docking, etc., and effectively do external liaison and relationship maintenance; 协助总经理做好商务接待,包括公司重要客户、政府对接等,有效地做好对外联络及关系维护; 3. Responsible for the organization and planning of various large-scale activities of the company, coordinating internal and external resources, and effectively improving the internal and third-party satisfaction of the company; 负责公司各项大型活动的组织及策划,协调内外部资源,有效提升公司内部及第三方的满意度; 4. Responsible for the company's public relations management, including activity organization, program planning, manuscript drafting, shooting, etc., and assist the superior organizations to build a good employer brand; 负责公司公共关系管理,包括活动组织、方案策划、稿件起草、拍摄等,协助上级组织打造良好雇主品牌; 5. Responsible for human resources related work under the arrangement of human resources manager, including recruitment, performance, employee relations, training, etc.; 在人力资源经理的安排下负责人力资源相关工作,包括招聘、绩效、员工关系、培训等; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Qualifications: 录用条件: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in management or related work experience; 本科及以上学历,管理类相关专业或工作经历; 2. At least 5 years working experience in administration, including at least 3 years working experience in management position; 五年以上行政管理工作经验,其中三年以上管理岗位工作经验; 3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, skilled in using office software; 英语听说读写流利,熟练使用办公软件; 4. Good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills. 良好的人际交往、沟通协调及团队合作能力。
