REQUIREMENTS: -Strong academicals background with degree in either mechanical, chemical or polymers science. -5 plus years’ experience within major chemical/ performance polymer organization. -Deeply engaged in non-automotive market business, such as connectors, Food & water management and other industries. -Familiar with the application of PA6. PA66, PBT, POM, TPE-E,PPS engineering plastics in the EE market is preferred. -Rich knowledge of the compounding and non- automotive industry of China. -Business oriented individual with entrepreneurship spirit and ability to work independently. -Hunting attitude, curiosity (thinking out of the box) and pragmatism skills. -Ability to develop her/ his career path. -Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work in a matrix system; high degree of cooperation with team members, both regional and global, and other key functions. -Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -This role is in fact to lead a virtual team to manage assigned key or strategic accounts (OEM) in non-auto market sector in China, in responsible of preparing accounts’ profile, updating business status, technology trend, interactions and on-going activities, identify decision making matrix and generate business opportunities; -Lead development of strategic applications in non-auto market sector with a focus in connectors, Food & water management, understand the gap between customers’ expectation and our capability, provide gap closers, initiate innovation projects and build up mid-long-term development roadmap; -Use professional network to build strong relationship with OEM stakeholders, technical teams in particular, in order to capture latest market trend and project information, position Radici’s solutions and manage product approvals; -Arrange and hold technical seminars for key customers. -Improve resource planning to meet needs of key customers’; -Prioritize projects and leverage resources of R&D and technical teams’; -Support sales team for customer and application development in related areas through providing sales kit, technical solution and participating customer activities; -Identify new business leads and create business opportunities in CRM, push self-lead opportunities moving forward by co-working with technical and sales teams. -Participate in industry events, fairs and provide market intelligence.
