85 SALES AND PLANNING - Handle customers’ RFQ, promote and sell ITW differentiated value that meets with customers’ needs or pain point resolving. - Develop pricing policies and direct major negotiations as needed, include the yearly price negotiation. - Participate and support the sales & engineering annual plan and LRP documents. - Continuously analyze key market drivers and adjust/implement sales, engineering and marketing systems to produce significant, profitable and strategic results. 85 NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Explore and identify potential business opportunities under ITW sales process playbook. Using 80/20 tools to collect market information and deep dive on customer/competition landscape. - Work with engineering team and operation team on CBI and project management to make order intakes effectively - Understand market and industry trends to approach potential business opportunities in the guideline of ITW strategic intent statement. 85 RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE - Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with leadership of KAM/global account manager in to promote ITW Drawform brand and develop 80 business relationships. - Serve as a liaison between key account customers and internal team (engineering, quality, logistic and other operation team members). - Establish solid business relationships with key customers, conduct regular reviews or customer visits to achieve our strategic goal and sales revenue as well as market intelligence acquisition 85 OTHERS - Review product, competitor and customer aggregated database updates. - Weekly, monthly and periodic sales & engineering reports.
Position Skills and Experience Requirements: 85 Bachelor degree major in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent ITW experience. 85 Minimum 3 years of Automobile industry sales or Account Manager related. 85 Strong organizational and analytical skills, good at negotiation, communication skills 85 Fluent in oral and written English 85 Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), good presentation skill, Financial knowledge 85 Stress tolerance and willing to travel. 85 Self-directed, able to manage complex situations and issues and conditions with minimum supervision. 85 Good at Timing management – result oriented planned with short, mid and long term Soft Skills/Plus: 85 Knowledge of Auto /Safety application or deep draw engineering 85 Good resources and experience on deep draw business or related application business
