Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Responsible for local new product development according to market demand, including investment plan, market positioning, pricing, and launch plans 61 Collaborate with local and global R&D team, manage the local evolution of global products and localization. 61 Organize workshops and conduct product training to customers and sales team. 61 Responsible for creation of regional support materials including sampling, as well as customer presentation. 61 Manage leads, select potential customer lists. 61 Responsible for analyzing the structure and performance of competitors' products. 61 Participate in competitive intelligence gathering as well as Aptar Market database input and analysis for both Market results and competition. 61 Execution of exhibition/trade shows. 61 Plan the partnership with trade association/up&down stream suppliers to find more business opportunities. 61 Other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Business related field. 61 2-year experience in marketing or product development, experience in beauty industry will be a plus. 61 Good communication skills and good work ethic. 61 Strong product management ability to work with multiple teams. 61 Acceptance to business trips, ability to deal with problems with quick response. 61 Fluency in English. 61 Skill in design will be a plus
