工作职责:
61 Ensure the effectiveness of the ISO9001 quality management system. 保证ISO9001质量管理体系的有效性。
61 Ensure the effectiveness of the ASME certification 保证ASME认证有效性。
61 Interact with ERP structure elaboration and improve quality industrialization. 配合ERP结构完善，提高质量产业化水平。
61 Responsible for quality audits and quality assurance review. Organize timely improvement of the findings in the audit. 负责质量审核和质量保证审查，对审核中发现的问题，及时组织改进。
61 Responsible for handling nonconforming products, continuously improving process quality level. 负责不合格品，不断提高过程质量水平。
61 Responsible for the preparation of quality control plan, inspection instructions and other quality documents. 负责质量控制计划，检验指导书等质量文件的编制。
61 Responsible for planning documents required for product manufacturing data report to ensure customer requirements are met. 负责策划产品生产数据报告所需文件的策划，确保满足客户要求。
61 Train quality inspectors and production technicians to ensure they are familiar with the relevant quality requirements. 培训现场检验员及生产人员，确保其熟悉相关质量要求。
61 Assist the quality manager to deal with the customer claims. 协助质量经理处理客户投诉。

工作要求:
61 Good interpersonal skills, English speaker & writer, more language a plus良好的人际交往能力,会说英语和写英语，语言能力强者优先。
61 Excellent understanding of ASME requirement, Welding & Pressure Vessels(PED) 非常了解ASME要求、焊接和压力容器（PED）。
61 Excellent problem solving skills 良好的解决问题技能。
61 Full Knowledge of ISO 9001 Requirement完全了解ISO 9001要求。
61 Minimum 5 years quality experience in multinational company至少5年跨国公司质量工作经验。
