JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Report to02RnD02VP or "Design & Simulation manager" in case of Jr. or Sr. design engineer
2.Generate and revise drawing for lead frame, DBC, molded lead frame, package outline, marketing outline, jigs and tools working with internal and external function like package development team, process & equipment engineering, customers to develop new power semiconductor module and discrete packages
3.Responsible for design rule generation and revision
4.Attend design review mtg and give presentation design contents to review team
5. Generate design report and design rule check report
6. Documentation all the drawings to document database
REQUIREMENT
1. At least 3 years in Semiconductor design function
2. Understanding of power semiconductor process like, Aluminum, Cu, Au wire bonding, screen printing, soft solder wire die bonding, molding, trim and form.
3. Able to communicate in English for e-mail, report and meeting with internal and external customers
4. Very good hand on skill of 2D,3D Auto CAD or equivalent software tools
