岗位职责: 1. Market research: Through market research, customer negotiations, and other means to expand business (overseas agent clients), develop marketing plans for different markets, and increase sales and profits;
2. Project management: Through project tracking management, communicate with team members to clarify project goals, discuss and determine project control nodes, ensure timely shipment (including new and old product updates), establish and maintain customer files, arrange packaging updates, etc;
3. Channel management: Through reasonable management of different channels, product recommendations and quotations, ensure the achievement of sales and profit goals, such as product parameter recommendation PPT preparation, quotation preparation, recommended sample issuance and follow-up, etc;
4. Customer management: customer maintenance and service, sales manager price negotiation and maintenance of relevant prices, customer complaint handling, and other reasonable customer requirements.
5. Inventory management: Inventory processing and monthly inventory review.
任职要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors;
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, with priority given to sales in overseas markets such as small household appliances and electronic consumer goods;
3. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with priority given to those with overseas work and life experience;
4. Excellent business insight, multinational team management skills, interpersonal communication skills, and project management skills.
