Major Accountabilities:
1、Handle the Rank 1 hot issues / customer escalation issues for semiconductor, quick response and communication with supplier and cross function team, able to communication with customer.
2、Lead the supplier meeting, work with CPE/EE/SDE and supplier CQE and FAE for problem solving, hand over the case to MQ/PQ if design/application issues, push supplier root cause / improvements / risk assessment if supplier issue.
3、Summary the semiconductor lesson learnt and look across supplier to supplier.
4、Analysis and Review supplier responsiveness / reporting related data, improve supplier 8D report complete cycle time.
5、Review the supplier score card and work with TPS supplier for QIP improvements, response for Monthly TPS supplier day, review the supplier quality data and report, driving supplier improvements.
6、To plan and conduct the semiconductor supplier annual audit, driving the action complete.
7、Response for supplier cost recovery, collaborate with category team to take cost recovery back from supplier.
8、Participant plant level quality meeting reporting semiconductor cases / region semiconductor meeting.
9、Guiding and training SQEA for data collection, train SQEA semiconductor knowledge include process, FA flow, responsiveness, customer communication, product audit collection etc.
10、Special Assignment by SQE Manager, Support Manager for special task.

Major Qualifications:
1、Bachelor’s Degree and Major in electronics, electrification etc.
2、At least 6-10 year experience, Have Tier 1 and SQE work experience.
3、Fluent in English.
4、Strong knowledge in semiconductor .
5、IATF16949, VDA, GB/BB, Automotive experience .
