More than 3 years ‘s sales experiences in cosmetic packaging is preferred.
超过3年化妆品包装销售经验者
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals as in revenues & profit margins. 制定并实施战略销售计划以实现公司的收入和利润目标。
2.Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, deeply understand corporate sales & marketing plans : Products , Strength , weakness , competitive environment etc.
了解竞争格局和市场趋势,深入了解公司销售和营销计划, 产品、优势、劣势、竞争环境等。
3.Oversee /plan existing and new marketing initiatives/activities such as exhibition ,symposium and research organizations & individuals to find prospects
监督/计划现有的和新的营销举措/活动,如展览、研讨会,通过公司和个人关系找到潜在客户联系人。
4.Attend /organize conferences, meetings ,and industry events /shows to generate new leads and develop quotes and proposals for clients .
参加/组织研讨会议、会议和行业活动/展览以生成新的潜在客户并为客户制定报价和提案。
5.Explore new business opportunities, contact &follow up potential prospects to establish relationship until been awarded the business .
开发新的业务机会,联系并跟进潜在客户以建立关系直至获得订单。
6.Build& Maintain a sales funnel of opportunity within an industry, Network & Cold call to qualify the opportunity.
建立和维护行业内销售渠道,通过网络和电话主动与准客户接触来确定机会。
7.Be accountable for the quotes process and assist in the forecasting planning process.
负责报价流程并协助预测以及计划过程。
8.Be responsible in relationship management and presales activities such as proposal preparation, sales presentations, contract negotiation and total cost evaluation.
负责客户关系管理和售前活动,如提案准备,销售演示,合同谈判和总成本评估。
9.Work with internal team :customer service , operations and QA etc to serve clients well and treat complaints properly .
与内部团队:客户服务、运营和质量等部门合作,为客户提供优质服务并妥善处理客户投诉。
10.Negotiate contracts and co-ordinate all related activities to ensure the completion of project.
合同谈判并协调所有相关活动,以确保项目完成。
11.Monitor and communicate customer metrics across the assigned market segments.
跟踪和收集并沟通服务市场的客户指标(反馈)。
12.Ensure all customer’s expectations in term of technology, cost, quality and supply are clearly identified, documented and measured regularly either quarterly or annually.
确保所有客户在技术、成本、质量和供应方面的期望都被清楚地识别、记录并定期进行季度或年度估量。

Ability to define problems (root cause analysis), collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and lead the involved teams until problem resolved.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, both in spoken & written communication .
