1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of all equipment within the jurisdiction.
负责管辖区域内的所有设备的机械维修事宜；
2. Support the manager to set up the maintenance system, included but not limit to establish the procedures, set up the PMP plan, make well management for the company spare parts, and develop the subordinates’ skill.
配合部门经理建立维修体系，包括但不仅限于制定维修程序、建立预防性维修计划、有效管理备品备件、发展下属技能等；
3. Investigate and resolve mechanical problems, and minimize failure。
检查发现机械问题并解决，将故障影响降至最低；
4. Preventive maintenance, analysis of failure & corrective action of mechanical equipment.
预防性维修，设备维修故障及纠正措施分析；
5. Cooperate with other team engineers to complete spare parts inventory of equipment.
协同其他同事管理备品备件库存；
6. Support manager and other colleagues in providing solutions for maintenance supervision and technicians learning and development.
配合部门经理及其他同事对于维修管理及技能培训与发展事宜提供解决方案；
