61 Project for HR report digitalization and consolidation
o HC/Leave/OT/Recruitment/Training data collection
o Work with related stake holder to understand their reporting demand
o Design the HR report template
o Improve HR data quality and integrity
o Historic data consolidation
61 Support on HR operations, activities
61 Other tasks in HR department

6 months duration of internship

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：

61 Education:
o Bachelor degree majoring in management, economics, computer science etc.

61 Other skills:
o Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit
o Good at MS office use and Power BI
o Good oral and written communication skills with English
o Competency of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques, preventive and corrective actions is a plus

61 Experience:
o Intern experience in Mechanical & Automation industrial is a plus
